Our First Lady

Lady Charlette Blackful is a native of Chicago and the youngest of five children. She answered God’s call to ministry in 2006 and was licensed and ordained through the Apostolic Church of God (ACOG) where the Pastor is Dr. Byron T. Brazier. Minister Blackful has a Master of Science Degree in Health Education and Promotion and a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

During her time at ACOG, she served on various leadership teams. She served for two years in Feeding the Homeless ministry and led bible class on Friday nights for five years for youth ministry P.I.V.O.T – Pre-Teens with Integrity, Vision, Obtaining Truth. Minister Blackful, acted as a Health Advisor for two local radio stations in the Chicagoland area. She currently leads multiple ministries at Bethel Baptist Chicago of Chicago Heights.

Her mission is to educate and build young women for God; by using HIS word to teach them their value and worth as HIS daughters. Minister Blackful is a Manager of Virtual Education for the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and currently resides in Monee, IL.
